The Trojans (9-5) will now prepare for their outing against Belton (Belton, TX). The Tigers enter the 5A Region 2 District 16 outing with a 14-2 record. In their last outing, Belton tipped Lake Belton (Temple, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Bobcats confront the Waco Lions (Waco, TX) in a 5A Region 2 District 16 outing, on Friday, February 28. Chaparral will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Lions enter the outing with a 8-11 record after their 7-0 league win over Ellison (Killeen, TX).
