In Tuesday's non-league test, the Poudre School District Stars (Fort Collins, CO) ice hockey squad bounced the host Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO), by a tally of 8-2.

Next, the Stars face the Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 1. Poudre School District will attempt to improve on its 17-1 season record. The Bruins come into the test with a 12-6 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO).
