The Mavericks (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Lebanon Trail (Frisco, TX). The Trail Blazers enter the 5A Region 2 District 11 battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Lebanon Trail was overwhelmed by Frisco (Frisco, TX), 2-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Knights battle the Memorial Warriors (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region 2 District 11 battle, on Friday, February 28. Independence will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 11-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Heritage (Frisco, TX).
