In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Lampasas Badgers soccer squad scored a tight 5-1 win over the Little River Academy Bumblebees.
The Badgers (14-3) will now prepare for their outing against Gatesville (Gatesville, TX). The Hornets enter the 4A Region 1 District 5 outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Gatesville Stephenville (Stephenville, TX), 1-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Bumblebees confront the Brownwood Lions (Brownwood, TX) in a 4A Region 1 District 5 outing, on Friday, February 28. Little River Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Lions enter the outing with a 4-9 record after their 1-1 league Lampasas (Lampasas, TX).
