Alabama High School Softball - Excel sneaks past Washington County

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Excel Panthers softball team scored a tight 4-3 win over the Washington County Bulldogs.
The Panthers (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Blacksher (Uriah, AL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Blacksher was nipped by Jay (Jay, FL), 13-10, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Bulldogs confront the Jackson Aggies (Jackson, AL) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 28. Washington County will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Aggies come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 13-7 non-league loss to St. Paul's Episcopal (Mobile, AL).
