The Glenwood Gators baseball team scored 20 runs and limited the host Evangel Christian Lightning to 6 in the Gators non-league victory on Saturday.
The Gators (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Terrell Academy (Dawson, GA). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Terrell Academy gained a win over Valwood (Valdosta, GA), 13-3, in a non-league match.
The Lightning (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Heritage Christian Academy (Hoover, AL). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Heritage Christian Academy was overwhelmed by Evangel Christian (Alabaster, AL), 8-1, in a non-league match.
