The West St. John Rams baseball team (Edgard, LA), was overwhelmed 20-4 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host South Plaquemines Hurricanes (Buras, LA)
The Hurricanes now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lusher for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 3. South Plaquemines will face a Lions team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy (New Orleans, LA). The Lions record now stands at 1-1.
