The Downey Vikings prevailed the visiting Warren Bears volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Vikings now have a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Granada Hills Charter for a non-league test on Saturday, February 26. Downey will confront a Highlanders team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Windward (Los Angeles, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 2-3.

The Bears (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Newport Harbor (Newport Beach, CA). The Sailors enter the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Newport Harbor beat St. Francis (La Canada, CA), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
