The Peninsula Panthers held off the host Palos Verdes Sea Kings volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Panthers now have a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 1. Peninsula will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
The Sea Kings (0-5) will now prepare for their test against El Segundo (El Segundo, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, El Segundo was nudged by Torrance (Torrance, CA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
