Auburn Tigers (Auburn, AL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Thompson Warriors (Alabaster, AL), 23-0 in a non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hoover for a non-league test on Sunday, February 27. Auburn will face a Buccaneers squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Hewitt-Trussville (Trussville, AL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-2.

In their next game, the Warriors face the Vestavia Hills Rebels (Vestavia Hills, AL) in a Freelance test, on Tuesday, March 1. Thompson will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Rebels come into the test with a 6-2 record after their 15-3 non-league loss to Hutchison (Memphis, TN).
