Seven Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX) followers left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their softball team edge the host Alvin Yellowjackets (Alvin, TX), 4-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Seven Lakes improves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Spartans host Katy (Katy, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a 6A Region III District 19 game on Tuesday, March 1. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 5-1.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets clash with the Pearland Oilers (Pearland, TX) in a 6A Region III District 23 game, on Tuesday, March 1. Alvin will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record.
