In Monday's non-league outing, the Chaska Hawks (Chaska, MN) basketball squad edged the host Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights (St. Louis Park, MN), by a count of 81-75.
The Hawks (11-14) will now prepare for their outing against Orono (Long Lake, MN). The Spartans go into the AAA Section 6 outing with a 15-10 record. In their last outing, Orono held off St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN), 84-68, in a league outing.
The Red Knights now hold a 15-10 record. They play next when they travel to New Prague for a non-league outing on Friday, March 1. Benilde-St. Margaret's will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 63-61 non-league loss to Jefferson (Bloomington, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 5-20.
