Simley Spartans (Inver Grove Heights, MN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Harding Knights (St. Paul, MN), 2-0 in a league bout.

With the victory, Simley upgrades its record to 8-19 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN) to play the Teddies in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 28. The Teddies come into the bout with a record of 22-7. Roosevelt won 79-72 in their recent non-league bout against Como Park (St. Paul, MN)
