The Tri-Unity Christian Defenders basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting West Michigan Aviation Academy to 13 in the Defenders non-league victory on Monday.

The Defenders now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belding for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 27. Tri-Unity Christian will battle a Black Knights team coming off a 39-33 league win over Sparta (Sparta, MI). The Black Knights record now stands at 15-5.

The (5-14) will now prepare for their contest against Black River (Holland, MI). The Rats come into the non-league contest with a 6-13 record.
