In Monday's non-league test, the host Yorba Linda Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a good 16-2 victory over the Roosevelt Mustangs.
The Mustangs now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Newport Harbor for a non-league test on Friday, March 1. Yorba Linda will face a Sailors squad coming off a 10-7 non-league loss to University (Irvine, CA). The Sailors record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Chaparral Pumas (Temecula, CA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 29. Roosevelt will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Pumas come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA).
