The Millry Wildcats softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Washington County Bulldogs to 5 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Millry moves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Wildcats host Wayne County (Waynesboro, MS) to clash with the War Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, February 29. The War Eagles come into the game with a record of 3-5. Wayne County lost 7-2 in their recent non-league game against Gulfport (Gulfport, MS)

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Thomasville Tigers (Thomasville, AL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 27. Washington County will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 6-0 record after their 13-1 non-league win over Sweet Water (Sweet Water, AL).
