The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Portland Raiders (Portland, MI) and the visiting St. Johns Redwings (St. Johns, MI), observed Portland's basketball team edge St. Johns by a margin of 35-33.
The Raiders (20-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ionia (Ionia, MI). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 13-10 record. In their last challenge, Ionia edged Belding (Belding, MI), 58-32, in a non-league challenge.
