North Carolina High School Softball - Alleghany bested by East Surry

February 26, 2025: Pilot Mountain, NC 27041

The East Surry Cardinals triumphed over the visiting Alleghany Trojans softball squad by a count of 18-9 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals play the Mount Airy Granite Bears (Mount Airy, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 3. East Surry will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record.

The Trojans (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Watauga (Boone, NC). The Pioneers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Watauga overcame Elkin (Elkin, NC), 10-0, in a non-league challenge.
