Alabama High School Softball - UMS-Wright Prep bounces McGill-Toolen

The UMS-Wright Prep Bulldogs softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cottage Hill Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 27. UMS-Wright Prep will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 18-2 non-league win over St. Paul's Episcopal (Mobile, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.

The Yellowjackets (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Robertsdale (Robertsdale, AL). The Golden Bears enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Robertsdale overcame Faith Academy (Mobile, AL), 9-5, in a non-league challenge.
