In Monday's non-league outing, the Gardner Wildcats (Gardner, MA) basketball squad nipped the visiting South Lancaster Academy Crusaders (South Lancaster, MA), by a margin of 50-44.
The Wildcats (16-4) will now prepare for their outing against Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School (Holyoke, MA). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 9-11 record. In their last outing, Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School got by Pathfinder RVT (Palmer, MA), 71-35, in a league outing.
The Crusaders now own a 14-7 record.
