In Monday's league outing, the Silverton Foxes (Silverton, OR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting McKay Royal Scots (Salem, OR), by a count of 89-46.

The Foxes (13-13) will now prepare for their outing against Dallas (Dallas, OR). The Dragons go into the 5A Mid-Willamette outing with a 5-18 record. In their last outing, Dallas was crushed by Central (Independence, OR), 58-52, in a league outing.

The Royal Scots now hold a 3-20 record. They play next when they travel to West Albany for a 5A Mid-Willamette outing on Wednesday, March 1. McKay will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 56-41 league win over Crescent Valley (Corvallis, OR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-10.
