In Monday's league outing, the Chugiak Mustangs (Chugiak, AK) basketball squad felled the visiting Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK), by a margin of 56-38.
The Mustangs (11-7) will now prepare for their outing against West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Eagles go into the 4A Cook Inlet outing with a 16-3 record. In their last outing, West Anchorage thwarted Eagle River (Eagle River, AK), 67-15, in a league outing.
The Cougars now own a 2-15 record. They play next when they travel to South Anchorage for a 4A Cook Inlet outing on Tuesday, February 28. Service will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 35-33 league loss to Bartlett (Anchorage, AK). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-15.
