Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) followers exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC), 5-4 in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Carolina Forest for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 2. Waccamaw will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 15-2 non-league win over Myrtle Beach (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 3-0.
In their next game, the Sharks clash with the North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 2. St. James will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Chiefs come into the battle with a 0-3 record after their 20-2 non-league loss to Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC).
