The Borger Bulldogs held off the host Canyon Eagles soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Monday's league match.
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-11 record. They play next when they host Pampa for a 4A Region 1 District 3 match on Friday, March 3. Borger will encounter a Harvesters squad coming off a 1-1 league Perryton (Perryton, TX). The Harvesters record now stands at 10-6.
With the loss, Canyon drops to 2-18 on the season. The Eagles travel to Randall (Amarillo, TX) to encounter the Raiders in a 4A Region 1 District 3 match on Friday, March 3. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 4-11. Randall lost 4-2 in their recent league match against West Plains (Amarillo, TX)
