The Waverly/South Shore Coyotes basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Britton-Hecla Braves to 53 in the Coyotes non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Coyotes now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aberdeen Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, March 1. Waverly/South Shore will battle a Knights team coming off a 67-57 non-league win over Northwestern Area (Mellette, SD). The Knights record now stands at 15-6.
