Bay Tornadoes (Panama City, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Gadsden County Jaguars (Havana, FL), 1-0 in a league challenge.

The Tornadoes now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Malone for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2.

With the loss, Gadsden County falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to FAMU DRS (Tallahassee, FL) to battle the Baby Rattlers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 29. The Baby Rattlers enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. FAMU DRS lost 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Blountstown (Blountstown, FL)
