The Lancers now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mira Mesa for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 28. Carlsbad will battle a Marauders squad coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA). The Marauders record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Brawley falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to San Pasqual (Escondido, CA) to battle the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 29. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. San Pasqual won 6-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA)
