The Woden Eagles softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Chireno Owls to 0 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Woden moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Central Heights (Nacogdoches, TX) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league game on Thursday, February 29. The Blue Devils come into the game with a record of 2-3. Central Heights lost 11-7 in their recent non-league game against Carthage (Carthage, TX)

In their next game, the Owls clash with the Zavalla Eagles (Zavalla, TX) in a 2A Region III District 23 game, on Tuesday, March 5. Chireno will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
