Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Rancho Mirage Rattlers (Rancho Mirage, CA) and the visiting Palo Verde Valley Yellow Jackets (Blythe, CA), witnessed Rancho Mirage's softball squad tip Palo Verde Valley by a count of 12-7.

The Rattlers now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Palm Springs for a Desert Empire match on Thursday, February 29.
