The St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy Warriors softball team scored 24 runs and limited the host St. Bernard Vikings to 8 in the Warriors league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy improves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Warriors travel to St. Mary's Academy (Inglewood, CA) to clash with the Belles in a Santa Fe game on Thursday, February 29. The Belles come into the game with a record of 1-3. St. Mary's Academy won 14-4 in their recent non-league game against Pacific Lutheran (Gardena, CA)

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Sacred Heart of Jesus Comets (Los Angeles, CA) in a Santa Fe game, on Tuesday, March 5. St. Bernard will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
