California High School Lacrosse - Marlborough bounces Notre Dame (SO)

February 27, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90004

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Marlborough Mustangs (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Notre Dame (SO) Knights (Sherman Oaks, CA), witnessed Marlborough's lacrosse squad top Notre Dame (SO) by a count of 17-2.

The Mustangs (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Foothill (Santa Ana, CA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Foothill beat JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA), 15-7, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Knights meet the San Marcos Royals (Santa Barbara, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 4. Notre Dame (SO) will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Royals enter the contest with a 5-0 record after their 17-1 non-league win over Valencia (Valencia, CA).
