The Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA) baseball trounced the host Troup County Tigers (LaGrange, GA), 14-4 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Pike County for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 3. Starr's Mill will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA). The Pirates record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, Troup County drops to 1-1 on the year. The Tigers host Harris County (Hamilton, GA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 12. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
