Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Drew Charter (Atlanta, GA) and the host Columbia Eagles (Decatur, GA), saw Drew Charter's soccer squad triumph over Columbia by a count of 10-0.
The (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA). The Wolverines enter the 2A Area 6 battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Miller Grove was overwhelmed by Redan (Stone Mountain, GA), 4-3, in a league battle.
Next up, the Eagles battle the South Atlanta Hornets (Atlanta, GA) in a 2A Area 6 battle, on Tuesday, March 4. Columbia will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 5-1 league loss to Salem (Conyers, GA).
