In Thursday's league outing, the host Salem Seminoles soccer squad scored a tight 5-1 victory over the South Atlanta Hornets.

The Seminoles (1-3) will now prepare for their outing against Redan (Stone Mountain, GA). The Raiders go into the 2A Area 6 outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Redan got by Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA), 4-3, in a league outing.

Next up, the Hornets play the Columbia Eagles (Decatur, GA) in a 2A Area 6 outing, on Tuesday, March 4. South Atlanta will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 0-2 record after their 10-0 league loss to Drew Charter (Atlanta, GA).
