In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting East Bernard Brahmas softball team scored a tight 5-1 victory over the Danbury Panthers.
The Brahmas (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Bellville (Bellville, TX). The Brahmas go into the non-league match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Bellville was routed by Sealy (Sealy, TX), 6-1, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Sealy Tigers (Sealy, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 27. Danbury will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers go into the match with a 7-3 record after their 8-7 league win over El Campo (El Campo, TX).
