The Gilmer Bobcats baseball team (Ellijay, GA), was overwhelmed 12-0 in Monday's league outing with the host Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA)
The Indians now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Forsyth for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 8.
Next, the Bobcats confront the Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) in a test, on Thursday, March 3. Gilmer will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Dragons come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA).
