The Woodmont Wildcats lacrosse squad (Piedmont, SC), was overwhelmed 15-2 in Monday's league challenge with the host Mauldin Mavericks (Mauldin, SC)

Coming up next, the Mavericks meet the Wade Hampton Generals (Greenville, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 2. Mauldin will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Generals enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 15-1 non-league loss to T.L. Hanna (Anderson, SC).

The Wildcats now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Catawba Ridge for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 3. Woodmont will meet a Copperheads squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Copperheads record now stands at 1-1.
