California High School Softball - El Capitan tipped by Helix

February 28, 2022: La Mesa, CA 91941

In Monday's non-league outing, the host Helix Highlanders softball team scored a close 9-7 win over the El Capitan Vaqueros.

Coming up next, the Highlanders encounter the Southwest EC Eagles (El Centro, CA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 3. Helix will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 2-4 record after their 8-2 non-league loss to Valhalla (El Cajon, CA).

The Vaqueros (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Point Loma (San Diego, CA). The Pointers enter the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Point Loma tipped High Tech SD (San Diego, CA), 10-4, in a non-league outing.
