The Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Burke County Bears to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Southeast Bulloch edged Screven County (Sylvania, GA), 6-3, in a non-league match.

The Bears (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Lakeside (Evans, GA). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 1-8 record. In their last bout, Lakeside by Greenbrier (Evans, GA), 11-0, in a non-league bout.
