The Cass Colonels baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Wheeler Wildcats to 2 in the Colonels non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Colonels (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Paulding County (Dallas, GA). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Paulding County ran past Hiram (Hiram, GA), 11-1, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (1-7) will now prepare for their match against Marietta (Marietta, GA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league match with a 2-8 record. In their last match, Marietta was overwhelmed by North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA), 7-4, in a non-league match.
