Maryland High School Basketball - Atholton succumbs to Long Reach

February 28, 2023: Columbia, MD 21044

The Long Reach Lightning topped the host Atholton Raiders basketball team by a final score of 69-52 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Lightning face the Wilde Lake Wildecats (Columbia, MD) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 2. Long Reach will attempt to move on its 21-2 season record. The Wildecats enter the game with a 20-3 record after their 83-63 non-league win over River Hill (Clarksville, MD).

With the defeat, Atholton moves to 11-13 on the year.
