In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Borden Braves basketball team scored a tight 40-37 triumph over the West Washington Senators.
In their next game, the Braves meet the South Central Rebels (Elizabeth, IN) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 3. Borden will attempt to move on its 17-7 season record. The Rebels enter the match with a 14-9 record after their 60-37 non-league loss to Eastern (Pekin, IN).
With the defeat, West Washington moves to 11-12 on the year.
