Michigan High School Basketball - Taylor can't hold off Carlson

The Carlson Marauders basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Taylor Griffins to 37 in the Marauders non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Marauders now sport a 10-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anderson for a Downriver contest on Thursday, March 2. Carlson will battle a Titans team coming off a 51-47 league loss to Edsel Ford (Dearborn, MI). The Titans record now stands at 3-18.
The Griffins (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Allen Park (Allen Park, MI). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, Allen Park nudged Trenton (Trenton, MI), 60-50, in a league contest.
