New Prague Trojans (New Prague, MN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN), 63-57 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, New Prague upgrades its record to 7-18 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Benilde-St. Margaret's (St. Louis Park, MN) to play the Red Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, March 3. The Red Knights come into the bout with a record of 22-4. Benilde-St. Margaret's won 75-66 in their recent non-league bout against Chaska (Chaska, MN)

Next up, the Jaguars play the Chanhassen Storm (Chanhassen, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 3. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 11-11 season record. The Storm come into the bout with a 13-12 record after their 76-61 league win over Waconia (Waconia, MN).
