The Laurel Bulldogs routed the visiting Woodbridge Raiders basketball team by a final score of 71-48 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 2. Laurel will attempt to move on its 16-5 season record. The Jaguars enter the game with a 14-5 record after their 62-45 non-league win over St. Andrew's (Middletown, DE).
With the defeat, Woodbridge moves to 10-12 on the year.
