In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Tyner Academy Rams basketball team scored a decisive 78-38 triumph over the Polk County Wildcats.
In their next game, the Rams meet the Brainerd Panthers (Chattanooga, TN) in a non-league match, on Thursday, March 2. Tyner Academy will attempt to better on its 19-6 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 22-7 record after their 59-50 non-league win over Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences (Chattanooga, TN).
With the defeat, Polk County moves to 14-16 on the year.
