Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bettye Davis East Anchorage Thunderbirds (Anchorage, AK), 63-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Dimond upgrades its record to 16-5 on the season. The Lynx host West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK) to clash with the Eagles in a 4A Cook Inlet bout on Friday, March 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 17-3. West Anchorage won 52-29 in their recent league bout against Chugiak (Chugiak, AK)

Next up, the Thunderbirds clash with the Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK) in a 4A Cook Inlet bout, on Friday, March 3. Bettye Davis East Anchorage will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-16 record after their 63-38 league loss to South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK).
