In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Windham Whippets (Willimantic, CT) basketball squad beat the host Plainfield Panthers (Central Village, CT), by a count of 40-31.

The Whippets (13-8) will now prepare for their outing against Immaculate (Danbury, CT). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 18-4 record. In their last outing, Immaculate defeated New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT), 35-27, in a league outing.

The Panthers now hold a 11-9 record.
