The Alhambra Bulldogs lacrosse team scored 7 points and held the visiting Newark Memorial Cougars to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA). The Ugly Eagles go into the Diablo Athletic League game with a 0-0 record.
The Cougars (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Granada (Livermore, CA). The Matadors go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Granada nudged College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA), 11-8, in a non-league game.
