The Social Circle Redskins soccer team scored 11 points and limited the visiting Jasper County Hurricanes to 1 in the Redskins league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Redskins face the Oglethorpe County Patriots (Lexington, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 5 contest, on Friday, March 3. Social Circle will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 0-5 record after their 2-1 league loss to Prince Avenue Christian (Athens, GA).
The Hurricanes now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prince Avenue Christian for a 1A D-I Region 5 contest on Friday, March 3. Jasper County will face a Wolverines team coming off a 2-1 league win over Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-5.
